The difference between V1 and V2 is the software, but it will not influence its working function and capacity. It will influence the firmware upgrade, for V2 battery, if the firmware version is lower than 2.05, it can not be upgraded.

And why is V1 in Germany more expensive then V2?
No old stock, both arrived directly in the warehouse and are brand new from China.
