Why my battery is not charged from grid even my inverter is under self-use mode?

Kindly check if you have enable the function: Charge from grid in the following pathMain menu—>Setting—>User Settings—>Self-use—>Charge from grid (enable), and also make sure it's in charge period which you set.Then confirm the maximum charge current is not set to 0.
