I am using X1-Hybrid-LV with 3 Lead-acid batteries, but the batteries soc in cloud is 0?

It is normal for Lead-acid battery soc is 0 in solax cloud, there is no communicaiton between inverter and battery. Battery only supply voltage for inverter.
