Can I set my inverter battery force charge and discharge via API?

No, it does not support this kind of function. For API it is an interface which you can get some certain data. If you want to force cahrge or discharg your battery, kindly set it via solax APP or your inverter LCD, for some inverters, if it supports modbus protocol, you can also set it via modbus.
