- Warranty inquiry function
The SOLAX official website provides customers with a convenient warranty query portal. After entering the SN, if the SN is registered, the query result will be the warranty start and end time after registration. If the SN is not registered, the query will be based on the SOLAX delivery system, which is the standard warranty start and end time.

2. Purchase warranty extension:
S1. Login your SolaX account
S2. Click Service-Online warranty-Purchase Extended warranty, then follow its steps to finish it.
