What should I do, if my EVC comes up with the fault "485COM_Fault"?

Please be advised under OCPP mode, in order to monitor the system precisely, meter is needed to connect to system, if you are using ct, then will encounter this kind of issue. If you are using a CT, please replace CT with meter. If you are using meter, please follow below steps to do the troubleshooting:
1. Check the A1/B1 port connection of EVC
2. Try another meter and check the meter baud rate.
3. If still no luck, please contact solax support
