The PV has the voltage, but the PV voltage is not displayed on the machine or on the cloud system？

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if DC Switch is on.

2. Measure the PV voltage to see if it is normal.

3. DIsconenct Grid to see if the inverter LCD is on.

4. Contact solax support to update the DSP firmware.
