What is the difference between D version Hybrid inverter and M version Hybrid inverter?

There is below difference when they are installed with matebox:

1. Matebox V1.3 has DC switch buit-in, need installed with M version Hybrid.

2. Matebox V1.4 do not has DC switch built-in, need installed with D version Hybrid.
