What is the difference between MPPTvoltage range and Max. PV input voltage in data sheet?

If the PV input voltage is higher than Max. PV input voltage, it will may damage our inverter, it is from the hardware side.

If the PV input voltage is higher than MPP voltage range, the inverter will stop working and will pop error on the LCD screen, it is from the software side.
