An inverter is a device that converts direct current into alternating current, and its application range is very wide. The photovoltaic inverter, however, is a special inverter designed for photovoltaic power generation systems.
The core of photovoltaic power generation is to use photovoltaic modules (commonly known as solar panels) to convert solar energy into electricity. However, since photovoltaic modules can only generate direct current, and the amount of electricity generated is related to the intensity of sunlight and is difficult to be directly utilized, this direct current needs to be converted into the alternating current that we commonly use through a photovoltaic inverter to facilitate the transmission and utilization of electricity.
