Is it normal inverter enter into idle status when it is under EPS mode?

It is normal to enter Idle if the following conditions are met at the same time:
1. Battery SOC ≤ Min SOC(On-grid min SOC)
2. There is no PV
3.Non-mandatory charging time period
If this state lasts for 30s, and the system will enters ldle status
