Please follow the steps below to do the troubleshooting:
S1. Try to reboot your inverter.
S2. Try to set the safety code: user define
S3. Make sure the "External ATS" setting is correct
S4. Measure the AC voltage, make sure the AC voltage is normal, and take a picture.
S5. If still no luck, kindly contact SolaX support for more details.
