Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1.Check the dongle is inserted in right port
2. Re-plug the dongle and ensure that it is securely inserted
3. Check if dongle firmware version is compatible to inverter’s, refer to the compatibility list list:https://kb.solaxpower.com/faq/detail/ff808081892fbba60189428d6ed60064
4.Contact solax support to update the inverter fireware to the latest.
