What will happen if allowed dicharging time period covers forced charging time period?

Forced charging time period is prior to allowed discharing time period. For example,
00:00-05:00, forced charging time period
00:00-23:59, allowed discharging time period
Since forced charging time period is prior to allowed discharging time period, so battery will be charged from 00:00 to 05:00. During this time period, battery will not discharge.
