How to measure MPPT short circuit voltage?

1. Turn the multi-meter to DC voltage.
2. Make sure the PV plug is plugged in.
3. Switch off DC switch, insert probe +/- to PV input on breaker.
4. Switch on DC switch, insert probe +/- to PV input on breaker.
5. Un-plug PV contactor on inverter. Repeat 3 and 4.
6. Record all voltage data
