How to measure Grid breaker side phase voltage?

1. Turn the multi-meter to AC voltage.

2. Insert probe+ and probe - to L1 and N, L2 and N, L3 and N to get 3 sets line voltage. Usually, 3 phase line voltage is similar, if one of them is quite smaller than others（10V）. That means device may have fault.
