Please follow the steps below to do the troubleshooting:
Meter side:
S1. Check whether the meter is solax authrized
S2. Check the meter address, it should be:001
S3. Check the baud rate, it should be:9600
S4. Check the communication protocol, It should be:N1
S5. Check the communication wire to see if it is well wired to meter 24&25 port.
Inverter side:
S1. Check whether the meter cable is connected to the meter/ct port of the inverter
S2. Check the pin definition, make sure the pin definition is correct
