During the webpage when setting my Dongle it fails to connect with router, how to do?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1.If the router Wifi name (SSID) and password contains Special Characters, it may cause connection issues between the dongle and router. Please avoid use special
characters as SSID or Wifi password.
2. The dongle only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, make sure the router Wifi is 2.4Hhz
3. Router encryption not compatible to dongle. Now some pocket dongle not support WPA3.
4.The distance from the dongle and router is too far away. You can use mobile phone to create a 4G hotspot instead of the router, check if it is working.
5. If use the LAN connection, make sure the router is in DHCP mode.
