Please follow the steps below to do the troubleshooting:
1. The dongle/inverter is not powering on.
2. Check if the inverter works properly, make sure the PV is on, read PV parameter on the inverter screen
3. Dongle firmware version is not compatible with the inverter’s. Check if dongle is compatible to inverter, refer to the compatibility list:https://kb.solaxpower.com/faq/detail/ff808081892fbba60189428d6ed60064
4. Dongle is not inserted well. Re-plug the dongle and ensure that it is securely
inserted
5. Check the dongle is inserted in right port
6. USB pins are defective. Check all USB pin, make sure they are not distorted, USB 2.0 has 4 Pin and USB 3.0 has 9 Pin. As following image. If USB port fault replace the fault device
7. If there is still no dongle hotspot signal found, you need contact solax support to replace the dongle.
8. After replace the dongle if fault still exist, replace the inverter as port fault.
