Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. When connected to the server, you need to upload a real-time data, followed by subsequent data every 5 minutes. However, if the first data is lost when connecting to the server, it may result in a delayed indication of being online on the platform. Just wait for at least 10 minutes for dongle connect to server again.
2. IP address error. Open the CMD window (“Windows key” + R, and type in “CMD” enter), ping the web address and check the IP. (For international, Ping mqtt101.solaxcloud.com, the IP is 118.31.18.74 For China mainland Ping mqtt001.solaxcloud.com, the IP is 47.254.152.103). If Ping mqtt101.solaxcloud.com get IP 118.31.18.74, this means get the wrong could page. Please turn to www.solaxcloud.com. Meanwhile, If Ping mqtt001.solaxcloud.com get IP 47.254.152.103. Please turn to www.eu.solaxcloud.com. If IP is neither 118.31.18.74 nor 47.254.152.103 please check with Solax support for more help.
3. The Pocket dongle was previously connected to other device and accumulated a large amount of offline data. When the dongle is then connected to the new device, it first reports the accumulated offline data before reporting real-time data and displaying an online status. Please keep waiting for 30 minutes.
I can see the server address but the data is not uploading to cloud, why?
