What is the meaning of " Overvoltage and load reduction"?

For PV side, when PV voltage is higher than a certain value, inverter will reduce the AC output power. For AC side, when AC voltage is higher than a certain value, inverter will reduce the AC output power, you can enble this function in settings-P(U).
