If your inverter is online, please do the wifi connection again via solax app refering to this link:https://kb.solaxpower.com/solution/detail/2c9fa4148ceddee5018e93f7adca2682
If still no luck, and you are using wifi dongle, kindly refer to this link to do the wifi manual connection:https://www.eu.solaxcloud.com/wifiSetting/index.html, if still no luck kindly contact solax support with the DHCH and System page picture.
If you are using lan dongle, kindly follow the steps below to do the troubleshooting:
1. Plug the data cable to a laptop rather than an inverter to check if he can browse the internet normally or not.
2. If yes, press Win+R to open CMD, type in "ipconfig/all" and send the results back to us
3. Also he needs to check if the LAN funciton of router has been swithed on or not?
