How to solve EVC "ElecLock_Fault" issue?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Reboot EVC from APP or reset EVC in settings and the electric lock will be unlocked automatically
2. Unplug the gun and plug it again
3. Unplug the charging gun then release the emergency stop button
4. If still no luck, please contact SolaX support.
