Is the historical data still available after the Dongle is unbound?

Yes. The data is bound to the site and has nothing to do with the Dongle. As long as the site remains unchanged, the historical data will still be there. Once the site is deleted, the data will disappear. Therefore, even if a new Dongle is installed for the site, as long as the network configuration is successful, new data will still be uploaded to that site.
