What is the difference between total and per phase.

The total mode ensures that the algebraic sum of the grid side feeding and purchasing electricity to be 0 (i.e. the sum of the buying and selling electricity in each channel is 0).

Per phase mode, also known as minimum phase power injection control, it ensures that feedin energy in each phase of grid is zero.Per phase mode can only be used for three-phase four-wire systems.
