What is the meaning of "heating level" in my inverter settings?

There are three heating levels, Low/Medium/Hgih.

Low means when the battery temperature is lower than 0 degree, it will heat the battery temperature to 10 degree.

Medium means when the battery temperature is lower than 10 degree, it will heat the battery temperature to 20 degree.

High means when the battery temperature is lower than 20 degree, it will heat the battery temperature to 30 degree.
