What is the purpose of the RS485 cable included with the Wi-BR? How should it be connected?

The 2-meter RS485 cable is used to establish wired communication between the Wi-BR and other devices (inverter or meter).

Connection Rules:

• For AP-mode Wi-BR (connected to inverter): Connect the cable’s 485A wire to the inverter’s 485A pin, and 485B wire to the inverter’s 485B pin (refer to Table 5-1 for inverter-specific pins).
• For STA-mode Wi-BR (connected to meter): Connect the cable’s 485A wire to the meter’s 485A pin, and 485B wire to the meter’s 485B pin.

Ensure the wires are securely crimped or fastened to avoid loose connections (which may cause communication failures).
