What is the difference between Self Use Mode and Feed-in Priority Mode?

• Self Use Mode: Solar energy powers home loads first, then charges the battery; excess is fed into the grid.
• Feed-in Priority Mode: Solar energy powers loads and feeds surplus directly to the grid before charging the battery—ideal where feed-in tariffs are high.

Battery charging is deprioritized in Feed-in Priority Mode.
