What is the EPS mode, and what loads can it support?​

EPS mode provides backup power during a grid failure using PV and battery power. The connected EPS loads must not exceed the inverter's rated EPS output power. Special attention is needed for inductive loads (e.g., motors in fridges) whose start-up power must be within the inverter's EPS peak power capability.
