When should I use the SolaX heat pump Force Open T Heat function ?

When the system has a cooling or heating demand and the heat pump is in cooling or
heating mode, if there is a demand for hot water, the Force open T heat function can be
used to force the electric heater in the tank to turn on to produce hot water.
