Can the Export Control value be set higher than the inverter's rated power?

Yes. The Export Control value can be set from 0W to a value greater than the inverter's rated output power. If the set value exceeds the inverter's rated power, the system will effectively release (let go of) the export control restriction, allowing normal operation.
