What should I do if the load meter is not communicating with the Adapter Box G3?

If a load meter communication fault occurs, first check the A1/B1 RS485 connection and restart the Adapter Box G3.

The meter's RS485 address should also be checked because a changed address can prevent communication between the meter and Adapter Box G3.
