Please be advised that when inverter state is checking, normal or standby and meet all below conditions at the same time, inverter will enters into idle mode:
C1: Battery capacity ≤ Min SOC(On-grid min SOC
C2: There is no PV power
C3: Non-mandatory charging time period
This state lasts for 30s, and the system will enters ldle status, if you do not want your inverter inverter into idle mode, you can set the work mode: backup mode or try force charge your battery, then inverter will leave idle mode.
To leave the idle mode, please reboot your inverter when the LCD is showing "checking", then try set force charge your battery.
