Steps1: Short circuit "Y Plug"

Steps2: Rotate the dip key to number "4"（In fact, when measure the voltage, the dip key make no influence about the result ）

Steps3: Turn on the battery breaker, and press the power key at least for 10s to black start the battery

Steps4: Switch the multimeter to DC voltage and measure the voltage from "BAT+/BAT-"
