Why the battery soc decreased lower than 5% but there is no charging or error?

If this happens in snowy season, it could be snow covering PV panel and inverter is in idle mode. If these last for more than 72 hours, X3G4 will control BMS to hybernation mode.It will reactivate after PV power restore or battery manually restart.
