Why in solax cloud site page can't see the value of the load?

If the inverter is in offline mode, the load value will not be displayed on the cloud. Then the off-grid power just equals to the load value. Also if Meter/Ct is not installed in your system or even though you installed meter/ct, but you disabled the meter/ct function, then the load and grid power value will not display. Another reason is if you disable the data access function, there will no any data on site page, including load value.
