Can I know at what temperature will my X1-Hybrid -G4 Fan start working?

It is about 70 degree. That is to say when the inverter radiator temperature is getting up to 70 degree, the inverter fan will start working. It is normal the fan does not work when the temperature is about 40-50 degree.
