Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Steps1: Confirm the DC Switch is turn on
Step2: Measuring the voltage on the PV side with a multimeter, ensure the red probe is connected to the positive terminal and the black probe to the negative terminal. The correct measurement should be a positive number within the MPPT range. If a negative number appears, it indicates that the PV wires are reversed. If the voltage is too low, wait for sufficient solar energy to start the device.
Steps3: Make sure the setting of "System ON/OFF" is on
Steps4: Make sure the setting of "Power limit" is not "0"
Steps5: Try set the safety code: user define
Step6: Measure the phase voltage of each of the three phases of L1 and N, L2 and N, and L3 and the normal value should be above 200V.
Step7: Measure the line voltage between L1 and L2, L2 and L3, and each of L1 and L3. The normal value should be around 400V.
Step8: Take the X3-hybrid G4 as an example. Check the COM connector to ensure that PIN3&6 is not short-circuited. Then check the Shutdown connector to ensure that PIN4&6 is not short-circuited.
Stesp9: Disconnect the AC and connect only PV to see if the LCD is on
Steps10: Try black start if your inverter is connected with battery, please disconnect both PV and AC, start the inverter using only battery, to see if inverter can work normally
