1. Re-plug the dongle and ensure that it is securely inserted.
2. Dongle and inverter firmware version are not compatible. Check if dongle is compatible to inverter, refer to the compatibility list:https://kb.solaxpower.com/faq/detail/ff808081892fbba60189428d6ed60064
3. Web browser comparability issue. Clear the browser cache or try another browser. Try another laptop or mobile phone
