Solax offers paid post-warranty services for expired/invalid warranties, which cover:

 

• On-site service fee (technician travel, labour for installation/repair/testing);
• Materials fee (replacement parts/related materials);
• Logistic fee (delivery of defective products to Solax and repaired products back to the user).
